Digital stamp progress
Current stamps are stored per identified customer and restaurant.
App-free digital stamps and rewards
IAMenu’s restaurant loyalty program is a digital stamp system connected to completed orders or reservations. An identified guest earns a stamp when the configured event is completed; after reaching the restaurant’s threshold, IAMenu creates a personal one-use reward coupon and resets the current stamp count.
The restaurant chooses whether completed orders, completed reservations or both count, sets a threshold from 2 to 50 and configures a percentage, fixed-value or free-item reward. Guests do not need a separate loyalty app or plastic card.
How it works
The program rewards recorded completed visits, not anonymous scans, and connects each stamp to an identified customer profile.
Choose the qualifying completed event, stamp threshold, reward type and customer-facing label.
The customer provides details through an eligible flow; without a customer profile the system cannot assign a stamp.
When the qualifying order or reservation reaches completed status, the loyalty engine adds one stamp.
At the threshold, IAMenu creates a personal one-use coupon, records the reward event and resets current progress.
IAMenu implements a focused visit-and-reward loop connected to restaurant operations and customer consent.
Current stamps are stored per identified customer and restaurant.
Count completed orders, completed reservations or both according to the restaurant configuration.
Set the number of completed events required for a reward between 2 and 50.
Configure percentage, fixed-value or free-item rewards with a clear label.
The earned reward becomes a personal one-use coupon generated by the promotion system.
Stamp and reward events add context to the customer timeline.
A restaurant defines which completed visit earns progress and the reward threshold. IAMenu records one digital stamp for an identified customer after a qualifying completed order or reservation. At the threshold it issues a personal one-use reward coupon and resets current progress.
No. IAMenu’s loyalty workflow is connected to the restaurant’s web menu and customer profile, so there is no separate consumer app to download or plastic card to carry.
Yes in this context. “Loyalty scheme” is common wording in the United Kingdom, while “loyalty program” is more common in the United States. Both refer here to the same digital stamp-and-reward workflow.
IAMenu currently uses a completed-visit stamp model. The restaurant configures the threshold and reward, but IAMenu does not claim a general points balance or consumer wallet.
Yes. The qualifying event can be a completed order, a completed reservation or both. The customer must be identified, and the active plan must include loyalty.
