Is this WhatsApp for guests?+
No. This page is about the owner channel: managing the restaurant from WhatsApp. Guest WhatsApp is a separate product line: the AI receptionist, which will answer your guests by phone and WhatsApp, is coming soon.
Do I need to install an app?+
No. It’s your normal WhatsApp. Link your number once from IAMenu and message the AI assistant like any contact.
Does it work with multiple restaurants?+
Yes. A group or hotel switches restaurants inside the chat: “switch me to Trattoria Milano”. The AI assistant operates each menu separately, with each user’s permissions.
Can it delete things by mistake?+
No. Destructive actions use deterministic confirmations: a typed “yes” is not enough to delete. Every change is logged.
Does it work with voice and photos?+
