Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Plan changes apply immediately. If you upgrade, the difference is prorated. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account automatically converts to Free. You are not charged anything. Your menu remains available but with Free plan limitations (50 products, 1 language).
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes. Paying annually saves you 20% on Professional and Premium plans. Professional: 374 euros/year (vs 468 monthly). Premium: 662 euros/year (vs 828 monthly).
What currencies do you accept?
We process payments in euros (EUR). Stripe automatically converts from your local currency at the time of payment. Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP based on your region.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card. You only need an email and password to get started.
What AI features does the Free plan include?
The Free plan includes 5 AI images per month, 20 AI descriptions, and manual allergen marking. It does not include GASTON or auto-translation.
Is there an Enterprise plan for chains?
