The problem with the beer menu

You have 15 taps and 20 bottles. Each beer has its story: origin, style, IBU, ABV, tasting notes, suggested pairing. Your chalkboard has space for the name and little else. The laminated menu you printed has 3 beers that are no longer available and is missing 5 that you added this month. When a customer asks 'What IPA do you have?' you have to recite from memory. When they ask for something hoppy but not too bitter, you improvise. If they are a tourist and don't speak Spanish, you point to the chalkboard and cross your fingers. Craft beer is a world of nuances that deserves explanation. But explaining 35 beers to each table is not feasible. The adventurous customer wants to explore but lacks sufficient information. The indecisive one asks for 'the best seller' because they don't understand the options. And the knowledgeable one looks for IBU and origin that are not on your chalkboard. Breweries that rotate taps every week have an additional problem: each barrel change means updating the chalkboard, reprinting the menu, or simply waiting for the waiter to memorize the new beer.
